Not only is OrganiTask an efficient task management application, it is an easy to use task management application. From a central location, OrganiTask’s user friendly interface, you can efficiently create, organize, and manage all your important tasks.

OrganiTask is available as a desktop application for Windows, Mac, and Linux. The OrganiTask application for Windows launches an embedded browser, allows you to access your OrganiTask account, and then manage all your tasks.

OrganiTask is also available as a web app; you can run OrganiTask directly from your browser – any browser, on any computer. OrganiTask strongly recommends Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer 9 and below is not supported.

And last but not least, OrganiTask is available as a mobile app. Visit OrganiTask.com on your Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, HTC One, or another smartphone, click the Mobile App link, and the application will be automatically installed. The OrganiTask mobile app works online and offline. Your tasks are not synced when you’re offline; they will be synced when you are back online.

To access the functionality OrganiTask has to offer, you will have to create an account. When you launch OrganiTask on your Windows PC, you will be invited to register, you will be asked to import data, and you will be asked to pick an account type (Free, Standard, Pro; choose the Free account and you get a 15-day trial for the Standard account).

Once you sign into OrganiTask, you can easily access lots of useful functionality: organize and manage tasks; create tasks that contain lots of details; track task status, sort tasks by the priority level, assign tasks; tags, folders, statuses, priorities, templates; built-in calendar; built-in notes manager; and more.
